Wrap Up for ESH

This is the wrap up for the HMI Display for the ESH project.

Things I still need to figure out.

  1. Alarms
    1. Setting up alarms.
      1. Click on Configure -> Alarm Points
        1. Create an alarm point.
        2. Set up the LowLow Low Normal High and HighHigh values for the alarm.
          1. This is where you can enable and disable alarms.
      2. Double click on the Alarm window.
        1. Add the alarm points to the Alarm window the Ref Count should increase for each alarm point added.
    2. How to enable and disable alarms from the windows apart from the functionality that already exists in the Menu.
    3. Highs and lows what should trigger an alarm (Water Quality)
      1. Look at Alarms page for alarms.
    4. Sending out Emails for Alarms is possible we are going to be talking to Jake about how to set up the Emails.
  2. What additional files does Camile run.
    1. There is a system file folder
        1. Sunrise Sunset information.
      1. CSV's with the Sunrise and Sunset information.
      2. The way to do this is a recipe file according to Julio since there is no recipe file I am assuming that it was done in Camile. I plan on looking into recipe files and figuring out how to send the data using a recipe file to the Control tag.
      2. OPC config files they have the .ocf type. current files is EPA_StreamsJuly2021.ocf
      3. Modbus config file they have .mcf type. Current file is YSI_MAY2023.mcf
      1. I have asked Jeremy a couple of questions about the Modbus.

    2. Does the control file actually import the values or has Camile been handling it.

    6. Power Drops
      1. This is covered in the Stream pages. It is the ability to turn on and off Tail power and Overhead Power.

      1. This is sending out alarm messages. Alarms in pac display pro handles sending out emails. alt text

      3. Product Flow is on RO page. So we can likely skip it here. Other switches are on overview page.
    9. Jeremy said he never used the Hydrograph page. From what he said it was used 1 time during a test.

Priority Order

  1. Finish the Top Overview page. Get the Enable and disabled working on lights and things like that.
  2. Finish Stream 1 on the Overview page So I can fill out the rest of the overview page.

  3. [ ]Finish Stream Pages.
    1. Most of the tags are known from overview so it is easy.
  4. Finish Trend graphs pages.
  5. Start with control pages.
