This document provides information about where various files, datasets, documentation, notebooks, and scripts are located for the RKSP project.

Datasets​

All datasets are uploaded to Hydrotrek's GQC account's Google Drive:

Documentation​

Technical documentation, functional specifications, user manuals, and papers regarding segmentation are stored in GQC SharePoint:

Scripts​

Python scripts for file format conversion are stored in GQC SharePoint:

Available Scripts:​

  • NRRD to NIfTI Converter: Converts NRRD files to NIfTI format
  • DCM to NIfTI Converter: Converts DCM (DICOM) files to NIfTI format
  • Nasal Segmentation Dataset Converter: Converts the nasalseg dataset from NRRD to NIfTI format
